This is yet another fun personal project that I built using Arduino pro mini 328 and the Zigbee wireless module from the Cree bulb. This was a POC project to build the smart blinds control under $30, and have been used through my house in the past 5 years without any issues. I added these blind controls into SmartThings, and automate it based on the sunrise/sunset time through SharpTools Rule Engine. It can also be voice controlled by Google Home/Alexa through SmartThings as well. This is one of my early POC smart devices, and has been my wife's favorite one ever since.
